We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

Each item is made to order, which means we’re unable to accept returns or provide refunds unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. 

Please review the details below carefully before submitting a refund or replacement request.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check all order details, including size, color, design, and shipping address, before completing your purchase.

Because items are made to order, we can’t modify or cancel orders once production begins.

Refunds and Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production error, we’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

We’ll review your request with our production team.

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing or printing error, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

If the problem cannot be verified or falls outside these criteria (e.g., sizing, preference, or customer error), refunds will not be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

All products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for:

  • Incorrect size or color preference
  • Change of mind
  • Shipping delays outside our control
  • Material or fabric preference (for example, dissatisfaction with texture, weight, or feel)

Quality disclaimer: Slight variations in fabric texture, thickness, or color may occur between styles or production batches. These are normal in made-to-order printing and are not considered defects.

Wrong Address

If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided at checkout, the shipment may be returned by the courier. Once the package is returned to our facility, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipment after confirming the correct address.

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order to avoid delays or additional charges.

Unclaimed Shipments

If a package goes unclaimed or the delivery fails due to customer inaction, it may be returned to the sender or disposed of by the carrier. Because these items are made to order, refunds are not available for unclaimed or undeliverable shipments.

How Refunds Are Processed

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
